Wordless Wednesday | Ethiopian Food & An Interview
Wordless Wednesday is supposed to be about posting a photo(s) without any words. But, I'm a rule breaker, so here are a few words:
1 - I'm writing this before breakfast. I can't decide what to have. All the usual suspects sound kind of dull - oatmeal, yogurt, toast etc. What I really want this morning is Ethiopian food.
2 - We really need to learn how to make it for ourselves. It's not always easy to find Ethiopian restaurants in your travels.
3 - Want more words on your Wednesday? Hop on over to Operation Awesome to read an author interview with me. I talk about writing, living on a sailboat, and Ethiopian food.
What words does this picture(s) bring to your mind when you look at it?

You know, I'm not sure I've ever tried Ethiopian food. I'll have to see if they have any place around here that serves it.
ReplyDeleteIt is so good - hope you find a place near you and get a chance to try it!
DeleteI've never had Ethiopian food, but that sure looks good. It reminds me of a good dinner.

ReplyDeleteMaybe something to try one day?
DeleteEthiopian food is good! There’s a restaurant in NOLA, and i got to go once. If i ever get the chance, i’m going back.
ReplyDeleteYay - another Ethiopian lover!
DeleteI've tried lots of different kinds of food before, but Ethiopian isn't one of them. I might consider trying it, but I don't think I'm adventurous enough to have it for breakfast.
ReplyDeleteThere's a place in Atlanta that we went to which was delish :)
DeleteOoh, thanks to you I did a search and found a local place called Nanye Cafe. Having read your nice post on this hurricane season, I'm sad for all those in danger. My favorite vacation spot is the Outer Banks and, for some reason, my husband chose dates later in the month. We could have been forced to evacuate but instead should be able to go as planned and inject a little cash into their economy. We're so lucky. Be well!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to hear what you think about Ethiopian! So great that you're still going to go to the Outer Banks.
DeleteYay google is my queen assisted me to find this outstanding website!
