Wordless Wednesday | Shadow People
Wordless Wednesday is supposed to be about posting a photo(s) without any words. But, I'm a rule breaker, so here are a few words:
1 - Sometimes you just have to take a moment and be silly.
2 - I look so much taller in shadow form than in real life.
3 - That's a really weird pose that I'm making.
4 - Scott's shadow makes him look like he's wearing a long skirt.
What words does this picture(s) bring to your mind when you look at it?

DeleteThose are all great observations! Made me chuckle.
ReplyDeleteGlad we could make you chuckle :-)
DeleteHow fun! And yes, it does look like he's wearing a long skirt. Heh.
ReplyDeleteIt was a fun photo to take.
DeleteFun! You look like Gumby :-)
ReplyDeleteGumby - love it!
DeleteYou look like stilt walkers at a carnival!
ReplyDeleteI hadn't thought of that - we kind of do, don't we.
DeleteIt's fun, I'm taller so I'm not so chunky. Okay, these are fun shots.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. ☺
I think I'll just take pictures of myself in shadow form from now on so I look tall and svelte.
DeleteShadows are funny things. A part of us, but so very different.....depending on the light of course. lol
ReplyDeleteShadows are pretty cool.
DeleteYour shadow reminds me of those outline/drawings we used to do on large sheets of brown butcher paper in grade school. Do you remember those? We'd split up into groups, one kid would lie down on the paper, the rest would outline the body, and then everyone would fill it in with crayons so it became a person. I used to torture my teenage French students with the same assignment whenever we studied body parts. Good times!
ReplyDeleteWe never did that when I was in school, but it sounds like fun.
DeleteNothing wrong with taking a little time to be a shadow puppet.
ReplyDeleteIndeed, everyone should take a little time out to be a shadow puppet :-)
DeleteVery cool! Thanks for sharing it
ReplyDeleteThanks for popping by!
DeleteIt reminds me of two happy people being a little silly and having a great time!
ReplyDeleteThat's exactly what it was :-)
DeleteI like what Messymimi said. ~grin~ I am reminded of dancing on the dark beaches of North Carolina a few weeks ago. Had good music through my headphones along with the sound of the surf. Good times. Be well!
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you had a fun time dancing on the beach :-)
DeleteI love shots like that. I think it's a fun pose you're making.
ReplyDeleteI think we'll have to do more pictures like that. It was fun to do.
DeleteFun! Yep, I've noticed as well how long our shadows can be. Especially in the light of late afternoon or early morning. :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm only going to get my shadow picture taken late in the day or early in the morning so that I'm as tall as I possibly can be.
Deleteshadows are always fun to photograph!
ReplyDeleteThey are - we'll have to do more shadow photos.
DeleteI love that long shadow dusky moment of the day.
ReplyDeleteIt is a good moment in the day :-)
DeleteOne word for this pic? FUN!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely :-)
DeleteI love photos that look at something from a different perspective!
ReplyDeleteVisiting from WW
