K Is For Key West Garden Club

During April, we're participating in the Blogging from A to Z Challenge. The first thing you read when you visit the Key West Garden Club’s website is that “it is one of the island’s last remaining free tourist attractions.” I don’t know about you, but we LOVE free tourist attractions. Add in some gorgeous plants in a peaceful garden setting and you have a winner. We stumbled across the Key West Garden Club during our “freeform” walk in Key West during February. By that point in our walk, we were getting tired and a bit cranky, so it was such a delightful surprise to come across this secluded oasis tucked away on the beach off of White Street. Although the rest of Key West was heaving with cruise ship passengers and other tourists, there was hardly anyone in the garden when we visited – bliss.
