  3. I have a feeling that Americans are allowed to feel more patriotism than Europeans. Here it's more easily interpreted the wrong way. Anyway, I find we feel the more patriotic the further we travel away from our homeland. Last night my country won the world championship in ice hockey. I've hardly ever watched the sport, but now I did with great excitement and enthusiasm!

    1. Interesting perspective! I'm not sure Americans are "allowed" to feel more patriotism. I think we do tend to exhibit it more than other nations. It is funny how patriotic you can feel when your national team wins something :) Well done to you for the ice hockey win.
