Wordless Wednesday | The Road Less Traveled

Wordless Wednesday is supposed to be about posting a photo(s) without any words. But, I'm a rule breaker, so here are a few words:

1 - Adventure. It's out there.

2 - If you're open to it, you can find beauty anywhere. Even on desolate roads, like this one in eastern Washington.

3 - If you don't know where you are going, any road will take you there. ~Lewis Carroll~

What words does this picture bring to your mind when you look at it?

  2. Quiet, that's what I get from this photograph. Quiet.

I can find beauty in just about any place I visit. You and I are much alike where this is concerned.

Have a fabulous Wordless (or wordy) Wednesday. ☺

  3. I've been there. The most desolate place I've ever seen. Even the fence posts had a prop to hold them upright.

    1. That's when you know there's way too much wind when fences need to be propped up :-)

  4. Having grown up in Kansas, it reminds me of home and all those evening drives I took through the country in my beat up old VW Bug. It's a great picture!

  5. Long. That's the first word that comes to mind. As in, there's a long journey ahead and I've a ton of steps to take before getting to my destination.
